ZW20-12 vacuum circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor power distribution switchgear with rated frequency 50Hz and rated voltage 12kV. It is mainly used for opening and closing the load current, overload current and short circuit current in the power system. It is suitable for overhead lines and daily distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for urban network and rural power grids reconstruction.
The product and FTU with can easily realize the protection, measurement, control and communication functions. It can be applied to the distribution network system whose neutral point is not grounded, grounded by arc-absorbing coil or grounded by small resistance.

ZW-20 vacuum circuit breaker has many advantages:
1. Flexible and convenient operation: the product is electric energy storage, electric switching, and at the same time, it has manual energy storage, manual switching, and can be operated by remote control in near or far distance.
2. Reliable sealing, maintenance-free: the main circuit of the circuit breaker and the secondary components, the operating mechanism are all in the sealing, the sealing structure and technology are mature and reliable.
3. Safe to use: Explosion-proof device is installed on the top of the box, so that there is no danger of explosion even if there is an accidental internal failure.
4. The connector adopts military-grade aviation plug, made of stainless steel, with gold-plated pins; waterproof, air leakage-proof and reliable connection.

5. It can detect the zero sequence current of the line of milliampere level and the short-circuit current between phases of 25 times of the rated value, and use microcomputer to realize the protection, accurate measurement and control, and sensitive action.

6. The controller can be equipped with 485/232 communication interface, fiber optic or wireless communication to realize four remote functions.

7. The product can be built-in protection, metering current transformer, at the same time can be built-in zero sequence current transformer, to realize the ground fault protection function.

8. Circuit breaker shell can be high-quality carbon steel powder shell and stainless steel shell can be selected.

9. Controller shell structure can be non-metallic bell-type structure and metal box-type structure can be selected.
